Angel has been a Registered Nurse in women’s healthcare since 1996. Angel is a graduate of East Carolina School of Nursing and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She continued her post-graduate training earning her certificate as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP). Angel Turlington opened the Southeast Women's Center in 2002 (with her partner at the time) and provided care strictly in a medical setting until 2009. Her experience as co-owner of this practice brought her great joy as she assisted patients daily. She contributed significantly to women's health by offering services in prenatal care, ultrasounds, breast exams, and addressing various medical conditions. She also focused on providing contraceptive advice and support to young teenagers. She then opened Southeast Medspa in Clayton, North Carolina in 2009. She continuously focused on the latest and greatest machinery and techniques in the aesthetic industry to grow the practice to what it is today, Southeast Aesthetic + Wellness. Angel's vision for Regenerative Aesthetics has set us up for success in the wellness world which continues to expand the practice.

Angel is a member of the North American Menopause Society, American Academy of Anti-Aging, as well as the International Association of providers in Aesthetic Medicine. She holds a national accreditation as an Aesthetic Nurse (CANS) and is trained as a Master Injector.  She is nationally certified as an Aesthetic Laser Operator. Holds certificates with Alma Lasers, Vanquish Body Contouring, and Sciton. She has trained with The Injectability Institute in Los Angeles in the enhanced use of Sculptra for the non-surgical “Butt lift.”

Angel’s special interest is to assist men and women to maintain a youthful appearance without looking as if they have undergone any cosmetic enhancement. An artful eye with a true understanding of individual needs are her passion. Angel promotes health, nutrition, and wellness to her clients with a focus on preventative as well as corrective care.

In her personal life she loves to spend time with her three boys Sutton, Quinn, and Eli. They would argue that her favorite child is actually Stella who happens to be a fierce white Frenchie that never leaves her side.
